General - Why is the Alarms tab empty/blank?

Issue

You've opened your Settings and navigated to the Alarms only to discover it empty or blank (see below).

Solution

What this most likely means is that you've deleted a Metric which had been in alert status. We're working to make a change to avoid this in the future but if problem persists, please report to help@truesight.bmc.com, specify your e-mail address registered with BMC TrueSight Pulse.
