Changing the Credit Card You have On-File

When a subscription order is placed, customers in the US and Canada are offered the option of providing a credit card which will be automatically billed at the start of each subscription period.  Customers outside of US and Canada are not offered this option.

The credit card remains on-file and will be used each period.  

To change the credit card that we have on file:

Please either submit a request or email us at help@truesight.bmc.com telling us that you would like to change the credit card.  We will reply with the appropriate instructions.
